1. The Vigeland Park (Guided tour + dinner at Herregårdskroen restaurant) - 370 NOK (approx. 57 USD) per person

Designed by the renowned Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland, the Park features 212 full-size sculptures full of life, emotion and expression. The beloved park attracts many local families, artists, youngsters as well as visitors, especially during the warmer months of the year in Oslo. We will leave the Holmenkollen Park Hotel at 16:45.

2. Visit to the Kon-Tiki Museum (Guided tour and dinner) – 430 NOK (approx. 66 USD) per person

The Kon-Tiki Museum (Institute for Pacific Archaeology and Cultural History) is a private foundation, which houses a range of boats and artifacts from Thor Heyerdahl´s expeditions, including the original Kon-Tiki raft (1947) with a 30 foot whale shark below it, statues and a secret family cave from Easter Island (1956), the papyrus boat Ra II (1970), and an exciting collection of archaeological finds from Easter Island, East Polynesia, Galapagos and Peru. Named after Thor Heyerdahl’s conception of the prehistoric sun god Kon-Tiki, the museum is situated at Bygdøy just outside the center of Oslo. A guided tour will be provided for the participants, followed by a warm meal and refreshments. For more information, please see the museum website.
